Discover the freedom of the water in a supportive, relaxed environment! Whether you are looking to build strength and balance or simply want to unwind in the sunshine, our summer paddle sessions are the perfect way to recharge.
In partnership with Idaho River Sports, we host these sessions at the beautiful Esther Simplot Park and Quinn’s Pond in Boise. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro, these sessions are all about meeting you where you are and enjoying the vibrant Boise paddle community.
Idaho River Sports will be having classes right before our paddle if you would like to learn more. Sign up is free for cancer survivors with code SURVIVOR and for guests the classes are $40. Click the link below to sign up!

Find Your Balance: Build strength and flexibility at your own pace.
Two Hours of Bliss: Enjoy plenty of time to paddle, float, and connect with fellow survivors.
Expert Support: Whether you want to try a Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) or a kayak, we’ll help you feel confident on the water with lessons on specific dates with instructors.
Survivors Paddle Free: Your session includes a SUP or kayak rental and life vest at no cost.
Bring a Buddy: Friends, caregivers, co-survivors and family are all invited to join the fun for just $10.
Have Your Own Gear? We’d love to have you! Bring your own board or boat and join the group.
All Abilities Welcome: No experience is necessary to enjoy the water.
Easy Access: While registration is encouraged to help us plan, you are always welcome to just show up and head out!
