What to Expect on the Water

• Zero Stress: No prior rafting or camping experience? No problem! We provide the gear, the guides, and the expertise.

Important Trip Details

• Cost: Our programs are free to attend,  (includes all meals, trained guides, and equipment).  A $180 registration fee  is required to secure your spot for you and your co-survivor.

• Food: Delicious riverside meals and snacks are provided (we happily accommodate dietary restrictions!).

• Experience Level:  No prior rafting or camping experience is necessary.  

• Gear Provided:  We supply all high-quality camping gear including tents, sleeping bags and pads and life vests (PFDs).

• Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Open to survivors and one adult co-survivor/caregiver.

  • A physician’s medical release is required for each survivor.

Physical Requirements

To safely enjoy the rugged Idaho wilderness and terrain, participants must be able to walk and maintain balance on sand and uneven ground with minimal assistance.  

• Mobility: All campsites feature deep sand, uneven terrain, and rocky paths to access the river.  The ability to self-ambulate and maintain balance without assistance is mandatory for this extended-day wilderness adventure.

Registration & Lottery Information

Due to high demand and limited capacity, participants are selected via a lottery system.

• Lottery Registration: Opens January 15th until March 31st at 12 midnight, via the registration link.

• Lottery Draw: April 1st.

• Notification: The first round of selected participants will be notified the first two weeks of April and given the opportunity to confirm their spot.  After the 10 spots are all confirmed, we will then email all other registered participants to let them know they have not been selected but will remain on the waitlist.

• Important Notice:  Due to our trips being so special, each survivor may attend one Survivor/Co-Survivor trip in their lifetime as the recipient.  You are able to attend again if you are invited by another survivor when they are selected. Don't miss your chance to be part of this special trip!
