River Discovery teams with Reham Aarti to offer individual mosaic kits for young patients to create while in treatment at St. Luke's Children's Hospital in Boise.
When Joe Tonsmeire was in cancer treatment at St. Luke's his family spent a lot of time there and found Reham's shop Mosaic Essential nearby. An afternoon escape from the hospital has evolved into a partnership: a generous River Discovery donor provides the funding; Reham assembles the kits and and grouts the finished projects.
The kits are available at the hospital for young patients to work on either in a group setting or alone in their rooms.
